Namibia is home to the oldest desert in the world, the Namib Desert. The Dunes at sossusvlei are also reputed to be the highest sand dunes in the world. The view from the top of a dune will remain in your mind forever.

Swakopmund Namibia

The town's German architecture harks back to the 1800's. At that time the port was not sufficiently deep and boats had to unload out at sea. Today, this luxury sea-side resort is as much appreciated by the inhabitants as by travelers.
