You can enjoy a sunset cruise on the Kavango River, look forward to a unique game viewing experience around the waterholes at Etosha National Park. You can also explore the meandering channels of Okavango Delta in mokoros or simply enjoy a promenade in this pristine wilderness area. The tour also take you to the celebrated Chobe National Park, where you can witness herds of migrating Elephants and it rounds off with a visit to the magnificent and world famous Victoria Falls.

Day 1: Swakopmund, NamibiaYour first day is spent in pursuit of adventure and adrenalin. You may choose to do some shopping in town or head for the beach. Enjoy optional activities such as Quadbiking, Sandboarding, Sky Diving, Scenic Flights, Fishing etc. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. |
Day 2: Himba TribesHeading inland again you drive north towards Kamanjab where you will meet with some of the local people of the area. The Himba are easily recognizable by their unique style of dress. Encountering a totally different way of life is a moving experience for many people. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. |
Days 3 & 4: Etosha National Park, NamibiaAn early rise sees you on your way to Etosha National Park and some of most unique game viewing experiences in Africa. You spend your days visiting the abundant water holes for some excellent game photography.
After your evening meal you relax at some of the finest floodlit waterholes in the world. Occasionally it may not be possible to overnight inside the National Park in which case you will spend the night at a lovely guest farm just outside of Etosha. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. |
Day 5: WindhoekAfter an early morning game drive you set off for Windhoek, the capital of Namibia. On the way you will stop at a local craft market for some shopping. An evening meal at Joe’s Beer House (own expense) is a highlight for non-vegetarians as you can try many different types of game meat.
Vegetarians are well catered for and the interesting décor and vibrant atmosphere is well worth the visit. Enjoy optional activities such as Dinner at Joe’s Beer House, Township Excursion. Breakfast and Lunch. |
Day 6: Bushmen Tribe, BotswanaLeaving Windhoek behind you, you depart Namibia and enter Botswana. You drive towards Ghanzi where you will be spending the night. There is another opportunity here for interaction with local people as well as other activities such as horse riding. Enjoy optional activities such as Xanikwa Bushman Walk, Traditional Dancing, Horse Riding. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. |
